Great location. Great character. Lots of nice touches.

Kitchen space a bit cramped.

Migliorerei la pulizia del bagno, c’erano dei capelli nella doccia (soprattutto attaccati allo scarico, non molto belli da vedere e poi facevano da tappo, quindi l’acqua scendeva male) e sul pavimento. Migliorerei anche il condizionatore. Metterei piú asciugamani o almeno una lavatrice per lavarli siccome si sporcano e in 6 giorni non è stato comodissimo. Per ultima cosa, non essendo la struttura dotata di un giardino/balcone, è stato difficile asciugare la roba umida, siccome non è nemmeno dotata di un ampia finestra, quindi cercherei una soluzione per chi deve asciugare delle cose.

You can’t beat the location. The space is cute and gives you everything you need, just enough space to relax but so much that you get too comfortable that you get stuck in doors.

Central location

There are several issues with this flat, with humidity being the main one. Nothing dries and actually gets more humid while "hanging up to dry". There is no outside area as this flat is on the ground floor right out to the street. The WiFi barely works and because this flat is a cave your phone will only get 4G. The shower is super small, with the door not closing properly, so you'll evidently flood the floor. The shower head can't really be adjusted well in terms of rotation, making this even more inevitable. The TV's antenna module has a loud buzz, so you'll need to unplug it during the night. Also, while the flat is quite central, you're also close to one of the main piazzas with music. If you're a sensitive sleeper, this is not for you. The bed was comfortable though.
