I highly recommend this hotel! It's in a fantastic location, right next to the City Palace. The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The owner and the entire staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even prepared a snack for us to take to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends!

In the heart of the old town right under the Palace. Great views of the lake and staff were awesome. Also great breakfast options. Suites are amazing!!!

Could have been a tiny bit cleaner.

We booked the suite and the room was okay but lacked maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. Toilet seat was barely holding and there was some mold.

The staff was not particularly nice. Location is okay, I mean close to the city palace, but in a weird alley that cars can't reach and some buildings around are a bit delerict. Too expensive for what it offers.

An amazing location by the palace. Breathtaking views of the lake and beyond. The sunsets we incredible. Easy access to the lake, markets and food (the food at Sheshmahal was also very good and cooked to order). We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The elevator is helpful. Unfortunately we never tried the hot tub.

Communications were difficult because of our language skill. Also a loud neighbourhood
