We booked the suite and the room was okay but lacked maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. Toilet seat was barely holding and there was some mold.
The staff was not particularly nice. Location is okay, I mean close to the city palace, but in a weird alley that cars can't reach and some buildings around are a bit delerict. Too expensive for what it offers.

An amazing location by the palace. Breathtaking views of the lake and beyond. The sunsets we incredible. Easy access to the lake, markets and food (the food at Sheshmahal was also very good and cooked to order). We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The elevator is helpful. Unfortunately we never tried the hot tub.
Communications were difficult because of our language skill. Also a loud neighbourhood

Wonderful lake view room to have slow morning tea at the window. Very close to the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Manager is all rounder and is prompt and helpful with all the requests.
