Ci è piaciuto la possibilità di mangiare sul terrazzo e di ammirare il fantastico panorama, la casa si trova in un ottimo punto a metà tra diversi bar/ristoranti, gelaterie, in pochi minuti si arriva al mare percorrendo la scalinata in discesa, è operativo il servizio del trenino, passa all'incirca ogni mezz'ora e collega la parte bassa (mare) alla parte alta, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, noi nella parte alta ci siamo trovati bene a fare la spesa dal "minimarket santa ruba"

Posizione top. Splendida vista dalla splendida e ampia terrazza. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario super. La vicinanza al centro e al mare. Locali ampi e luminosi. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi.
Appartamento bellissimo ma che necessita di un intervento generale di ristrutturazione che il proprietario ci ha detto essere già in programma. Mancanza di aria condizionata.
