The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Arunachaleswarar Temple, making it very convenient for temple visits. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.     Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was good. I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again.

    It is a highly fictitious description which is given in Agoda about Arudhra Residency hotel. There is no proper access to the hotel. It has no restaurant inside the hotel. One has to go out for food. To get out and get into the hotel is a big event. We have to call the hotel and they would send their staff to accompany us to reach the hotel. If this doesn't happen you cannot go to the hotel because the police will stop your vehicle midway and deny access to you. I booked a room for 2 nights and made full payment of Rs *** through Agoda. The moment I checked in, i realised I couldn't stay there. But because I booked through Agoda, the hotel said I would lose the entire money as they are not responsible for the booking. But, I just wanted to get out from there and luckily found an alternate accommodation despite being a Friday evening. I took my luggage and walked out but felt mentally harassed and very upset at having lost my entire money, not a small amount at all. I sincerely request Agoda to check hotels before they put them up.on their site. Also Agoda should atleast refund a percentage of the full booking amount which the customer has paid upfront. On the whole it was a traumatizing and disturbing experience.
