We really enjoyed everything! Just a small note regarding the path closer to the house - it is uneven, and my mom tripped on it, scraping her knee and toe... And one more suggestion: a dishwasher would be a great addition, given that there is a kitchenette available. We had breakfast at the house and prepared a few dinners there as well.

Travelled to this area for 20 years. A lot has changed and a lot of expensive 'luxury" apartments have appeared. Very reassuring to find such an authentic and comfortable place to stay. Very well equipped for self catering and in a quiet location but still close enough to beach and shops.

That I had to leave.

The house has been modernised inside and was very comfortable. The owner had left bottles of water and cans of beer in the fridge us which was very nice.

Although the outside of the apartment is fairly basic looking this is a little gem of a place to stay ! It's 5 mins walk from the sea front and very well equipped with everything you need for self catering as well as lots of towels, cleaning stuff, large bathroom etc. When we arrived there was beer and water in the fridge and a welcome note from our host. Outside there are sunbeds, a table and chairs and a stone sink which was perfect for washing off beach shoes and towels at the end of each day. My dad had the bedroom and I slept on the firm, but comfortable, sofa bed in the airconditioned living room ( bliss ! ). I'd highly recommend KakLe - we really enjoyed staying there.

Tow VERY minor things but a second key to the apartment would have been useful and putting a fob or keyring on the key would have saved we worrying that I had lost it all the time ! Also there is only one small wardrobe which was challenging for two peoples clothes. As I say though both very minor things which didn't detract from our holiday.
