Casa Vittorina Positano

The apartment had breathtaking views of the city and the sea — truly magical, especially at night. It was spacious and naturally cool (we never needed the AC despite 28°C outside). The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Our host Angelo was extremely helpful and responsive, even late in the evening. His recommendations were spot on — we visited almost all of them and weren't disappointed. Right at the bottom of the stairs there's a small shop and a bus stop, which was super convenient. The walk to the marina and all the great restaurants is no more than 10 minutes. Cons: Those stunning views come with a price — a LOT of steps on the way up! Using the porter service at check-in is highly recommended, especially if you're travelling with a lot of luggage.

The apartment itself is in great condition (aside from some squeaky doors, which are an easy fix). The short walk to the entrance passes an unfinished apartment and slightly untidy neighbours — minor things, entirely outside the property's control, but the only reason I'm giving it 9 rather than 10 stars.

The view from this property was AMAZING!! We were able to wake up and have breakfast on the balcony. Everything is walking distance and beautiful! The host was wonderful and met us at the apartment to show us the way up. It was a large very clean apartment and it fit five adults comfortably. The decor was so cute and I can’t wait to stay here again!!

Die grandiose Aussicht macht süchtig! Hier könnten wir lange bleiben und einfach den Balkon geniessen. Selbst von der grossen Küche schaut man auf das herrliche Positano und den Schiff-Anleger am Meer. Das Apartment ist äusserst grosszügig und auch im Detail von hoher Qualität. Man kann sich je nach Laune auf das Sofa legen, am Esstisch spielen oder an der Sonne (drinnen oder auf dem Balkon) im Lehnstuhl lesen. Im Schlafzimmer kann vollständig verdunkelt werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt absolut keine Wünsche übrig. Kaffee Pads vom lokalen Röster sind inklusive und von bester Qualität. Wer Espresso liebt wird begeistert sein. Die (etlichen) Stufen hinunter zum Minimarket geht man gerne denn die Betreiber empfangen einen herzlich und das Sortiment ist gut. Hier wird man nach ein paar Tagen ein wenig zum Positaner.

The apartment was spacious. Bad bad location. You have to cover all the way down to Positano town to get food or water. The car can only come to the main road, after that you have to carry all your bags up those stairs. It was very very hard, my family was not happy that I booked this place. Don’t go for the view, go for convenience as you will end up walking a lot there anyway
