Bright 2Bed with Free Parking -25 min to City Center

The property itself was very nice, accurately represented by the photographs, and met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. However, prospective guests should be aware of one aspect of the booking process that may be important to them. The management company required copies of our passports and driver's licenses to be sent by ordinary email outside the Booking.com platform because they advised they could not access the documents sent through the Booking.com messaging system. While the requirement for verification of identity may appear in the booking terms, there was no meaningful information explaining how such highly sensitive personal information would be protected, who would have access to it, how long it would be retained, or what safeguards were in place. I raised these concerns before sending my documents and again after my stay when I requested confirmation that they had been deleted. My questions regarding the handling and protection of my personal information were not answered. They were polite but had no specific response. This review is not a criticism of the accommodation itself, which was very good, but rather to make future guests aware of the management company's approach so they can make an informed decision before booking. My concern may not be a concern for many, just information.

No dish washing liquid, but overall still a good place.
