Great location. Very warm apartment. Nice renovation. Nice kitchen. Very cozy, can't hear the neighbors. Good view from the window.
The pillows are terrible, very thin. My neck hurts after sleeping. There was also limescale buildup in the kettle; it needs cleaning. It's a bit noisy if you open the window. It wasn't easy to find the door to the trash bin

- very noisy - no AC, which combined with the noise level is a pretty bad combo since you can't really open the windows at night if you want to sleep - overpriced - slow communication with the owner
