    This was my second stay at the hotel, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. My first visit was for 3 nights, and because of the great experience back then, I decided to return for a longer 7-night stay this time. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the hospitality from all the staff is truly commendable. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big plus — right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get around. One of my favorite spots was the bar counter, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city while relaxing with a drink. It’s also very convenient, as everything—from the lobby to the restaurant—is just a few steps away from the room. After enjoying a few rounds of Yatai street food and drinks every night, I always found myself heading back to the hotel bar for one last drink before calling it a day. It became part of my nightly routine A special shoutout to the two bartenders who really elevated the experience. One of them, a more senior gentleman, showcased impressive skills and provided excellent service at the bar — his cocktails were outstanding, though I regret not catching his name. The other bartender, Miss Mian, is a young lady with a bright smile and great energy. It’s clear she is passionate about her job and takes pride in her work. I was especially impressed that she remembered my drink order from my previous visit in December — that’s exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a difference. Overall, a fantastic stay once again, and I would definitely return in the future. KOH

    Front desk-upon arrival greeted us courteously and well manner, also most of them are English converse. Staff is very detailed orientated and also arranged accompanied staff to bring us to our room and then did a very detailed orientation of our room as well as the hotel. This really surprise us! We only stayed 2 nights and on the eve, service staff even asked if we would like them to pack our breakfast for our last day early checkout to hotel. This also caught us in surprise that they do make an effort to ensure we have our breakfast for our early departure before their restaurant is opened.

    Our favorite hotel in Japan so far. Amazing breakfast. Great location. The hotel has a lounge that offers free snacks, drinks, etc. Would definitely return.
