The room is spacious and has a small kitchenette. The location is decent, within 10 minutes to the city center and 20 to the bus station. Not the closest but good for the price.
The host, Voula is friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and she let us check in earlier. We were given extra bedsheets when we asked for them.
The communication with the hosts was a bit slow. Voula is helpful but it took her at least a few hours to respond in the Booking app. She didn't pick up the calls on Viber so a couple of times I was stuck by the door, not knowing what to do (picking up and dropping off the keys).
