-Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, but it's pretty strong and can cool down the whole place. A strong fan in the dining room, too. -Good wifi -Kitchen worked well for basic food preparation -The price I paid was a great deal
-The location is good, but not great. It's green, safe, and has lots of shops nearby, but it's a bit far (on foot) to any places where you can sit down and have a real meal. -Pedro was pretty strict with prepayment of a deposit, and not super responsive in the Booking app prior to my arrival - But much better by Whatsapp, very friendly in person, and was a helpful host throughout my stay. He also picked me up at the bus station for a small additional charge.

La atención del personal y todos los ambientes, recomendadísimo.
Lo único con lo que tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente fue la cocina, debés en cuándo se apagaba porque era eléctrica pero nada muy grave.
