Beach Apartment with Pool & Gym

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is great, with two large supermarkets just a short walk away. The beach is only about two minutes on foot, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. There is a bike rental shop in the building, and a small tourist train stops right in front, which is a fun and easy way to get around Calpe for very little money. The building has a nice pool area with three pools. They were always very quiet and usually completely empty, with plenty of free chairs available at any time. There is also a small gym. The apartment itself is very well equipped and recently refurbished. It has everything we needed, including two TVs, a washing machine, and fast internet. The view from the balcony over the salt lake is beautiful. Access to the building and the apartment is via keypads, so there is no need to carry keys around or worry about losing them at the beach, which was a very pleasant extra. The hosts were very friendly and super helpful with tips and recommendations. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Apartamento muy cómodo, decorado bonito, cerca de la playa y fresco.Vistas preciosas. La cerradura inteligente me ha encantado. Es genial no tener que llevar llaves. Las piscinas muy limpias y las instalaciones del edificio muy buenas. Lavadora-secadora genial para no tener las toallas de la playa sucias. Camas grandes y cómodas.

Los baños y la cocina están ya para reformar. No hay casi luz en el baño grande y las duchas en ambos son muy pequeñas. No tenía gel, ni champú de cortesía, ni kit de limpieza ( estropajo y bayeta) a estrenar que me parece indispensable.

Понравилось все, прекрасная большая квартира а которой есть все необходимое. Отличное расположение, до пляжа 2 минуты, рядом 2 крупных магазина, Consum и Mercadona. Вид с балкона/террасы восхитительный, на море, горы и озеро. Внизу на территории 3 бассейна, лежаков всегда хватает. Общение с хозяином было только через booking что тоже очень удобно, вся информация была нам предоставлена🌺
