Magisk takterrass och havsutsikt

Het was ijskoud toen ik binnenkwam, terwijl het buiten bijna zwoel was. Misschien wel zuinig, maar niet echt aangenaam, waardoor je toch een beetje het gevoel hebt van “zuinigheid is belangrijker dan het comfort van de gast”. Het dakterras vond ik niet zo magisch aangezien het de opslagplaats is voor allerlei rommel en daardoor een slordige boel is. En je ziet enkel de zee als je recht staat, niet als je in de zetels zit 😥

We chose this apartment in Calle Pio XII as it was partway between our various friends. We had a local apartment for over 15 years and love the area. The welcome from the key holder was friendly and very helpful. We had to leave a day earlier than booked due to changes in flights home. The wifi and all the facilities were good and the apartment clean. We used the washing machine and it was very good. The kitchen had many useful items but we ate out and only had toast in the morning so did not require the dishwasher. The shower was spacious and gave a great shower. There was plenty of storage as it is only a one bedded apartment. The sun-roof was good with shade/ BBQ and even a small fridge and sink although too hot for us.

The only downsides for us was the TV system not having much UK on it so we had to rely on our laptop. The main issue was the work on the outside of the apartment balconies with men on a cherry picker using hammer drills to remove tiles prior to them being replaced. Exceptionally noisy from 8am onwards most days even planned to last several weeks. This was not good and we would have appreciated notification- we know the area and could have easily got a different apartment. Even notification and a discount would have been a good thing.

El apartamento está muy bien organizado y aprovechado y la terraza de arriba es perfecta si viajas con niños pequeños que todavía no es para sacarles demasiado o alterarles los ritmos. Además la propietaria es súper maja y encantadora

La atención estupenda, muy limpio, muchos restaurantes, confiterías y heladerías debajo. La playa más cercana muy buena.
