Dobry kontakt z właścicielami, ustronność, czystość, spokój, udogodnienia i atrakcje lokalne.

Piękna okolica i ładne, przestronne podwórko. Względna cisza ( sąsiedzi mają quady)i dużo miejsc na spacery.Blisko do zalewu. Na werandzie fajny wiszący fotel. Właścicielka bardzo miła i kontaktowa.
Domek czysty, ale dla 5 osób za ciasny. W łazience ciężko się obrócić. Brak miejsc do siedzenia, przy gorszej pogodzie nie da się jeść wewnątrz domku. Na zewnątrz dwa krzesła, to dla 5 dorosłych osób za mało. Brak leżaków. Ponieważ w okolicy nie ma gdzie zjeść, to słabo wyposażony aneks(dwa garnki i jedna patelnia do indukcji, druga była na zwykłą kuchenkę) był małym utrudnieniem.
