Wekey Homes, Casa del Albaicyn

Bijzondere locatie in Albaicyn. Leuk huis, alles aanwezig voor comfortabel verblijf, zoals Nespresso apparaat, wasmachine, vaatwasser en lekkere douche. Airco beneden en in slaapkamers. Goed schoongemaakt. Deurcode werkte prima. Taxi kan niet voor de deur komen dus wel veel lopen en klimmen, maar dit was vooraf bekend. Ernaast zit een bio-winkel waar je spullen kunt halen maar beperkt assortiment. Supermarkt is 10 minuten lopen. Wel door erg mooie wijk. Rustige omgeving want geen verkeer. Het ligt wel aan doorgaande wandelroute naar uitzichtpunten dus overdag veel voorbijgangers, sMorgens en s avonds laat een oase aan rust. In Albaicyn is niet altijd goed bereik maar het huis heeft hele goed Wifi, ook voor werken en streamen. Patio klein maar lekker rustig zitten met geluid van fluitende vogeltjes.

Dat alle voorzieningen minimaal 10 minuten lopen zijn, was soms onhandig. Meubels zien er wat afgeleefd uit. Maar wel schoon. Doordat huis in smal straatje ligt is het wat donker. In keuken en slaapkamer aan de achterkant komt er wel volop daglicht binnen.

Un lugar con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Buena ubicación, buena comunicación.

Très bon emplacement pour cette petite maison dans le quartier très touristique de l'Albaicyn; un petit café à 30 m nous a permis de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin avant de partir en visite. La maison est agréable, 2 chambres, une salle d'eau avec toilette et aussi des toilettes séparées, une petite terrasse. Literie confortable.

Simplement le bruit...extérieur car la maison est située sur le chemin d'accès au Mirador de San Nicolas et les visiteurs de ce magnifique site ne font vraiment pas attention quand ils redescendent , parlant et riant fort sous les fenêtres : mais ça n'est pas particulier à l'Espagne n'est ce pas !

We loved the location, the patio, the comfy mattresses and facilities. We appreciated prompt responses from the hosts.

We would not recommend the current door key situation. As two single female travellers, we worried about running out of mobile phone battery which meant we would not have access to the electronic key via app. It also took a while to load this key so we were standing at the door for quite a while at times, which didn't feel safe. We also would like to have been able to use the bolt on the main front door. We received different sets of instructions for key access - PDFs via booking.com that directed us to a lock box and then the electronic key via phone app. We would recommend clearer instructions for future visitors! Cleanliness was also a bit of an issue - handprints on mirrors etc.
