House was clean and in good order. All things required were present.

Very poor communication, both by the host and booking.com. I had to chase up final confirmation details, which is a concern given that I had a 3.5 hr, 300 mile drive to get to the location. At the house, there was no sheet with relevant information, so we had to work things out for ourselves (which wasn't too bad). There was free parking, but on an adjacent street. The street where the house existed allowed no cars - not made clear in the initial advert.
