Mar en Calma

Отличное расположение, закрытая ухоженная территория (2 бассейна + бар). Большая квартира и очень уютная просторная терраса. Полностью оборудованная кухня, чистая и большая ванная комната, большая удобная кровать. Мы провели здесь неделю и нам все понравилось 😊

Не было капсул для кофе машины и стиральной машины. Обычно кладут пару штук. Могут быть проблемы с парковочными местом , если возвращаетесь поздно вечером. В остальном все было идеально.

We liked the 2 swimming pools, the pool bar and it's food and drinks. Toilet facilities around the pool area. Landscaping was nice, and well maintained. Nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Veruska (owner / agent) was very responsive regarding the problems we had with the waste water system in the shower and the washing machine. Quicky fixed with a visit from a plumber, and a new washing machine being fitted. Lots of electrical sockets in the apartment, which is also a bonus.

Location, bus stop was a good 10 min walk away. First appearance of the complex (At the old reception) was very poor, as was the storage area of skips/rubbish area by the complex exit gate. The apartment is on the old Teguisol Complex, so it now has a mix of residential and holiday lets. One of the apartments close to us ,had the washing on more or less constantly, and through the night. Unfortunately we could hear this and kept us awake at night. An additional tea-towel and a couple of washing tabs for the washing machine would have been a nice touch. There are a lot of steps to negotiate to and from the apartments, so carrying luggage is also awkward. The road which goes around the complex is not suitable to wheel your suitcases on as it's gravelled.

Appartement bien équipé calme et confortable la plage las cucharas à 600 m environ et la plus grande de Costa Teguise est très agréable

Le système de la fixation de la pomme de douche est à revoir et odeur d’humidité persistante dans la commode sinon tout était bien et très propre
