Loved the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. We ended up grilling steaks on the grill over the open fire and it was great! Most of the kitchen things we needed were there, but BYO sheet pans/baking sheets. Easy drive to Blue Ridge, accessible to some great hiking and views. Note this cabin is right off a road, but there are only 2 houses further up so traffic is minimal. I'd bring 4x4 vehicles if you're driving after a major storm or snow/ice, but we had no issues getting a minivan to the cabin in good weather. It's clear from the photos but NB the loft will be bright in the morning, and can get a good bit hotter than the lower floors. Consider a box fan!
