- NOTE: For boat docking, the HOA requires proof of insurance, a copy of your ID, and a mandatory $15 fee paid in advance in order to obtain a boat sticker. After your reservation is complete, please reach out to the homeowner to pay the fee and coordinate boat docking paperwork
