Great walkable location with on site parking. The price was affordable. Management was very kind and helpful. The building is past its prime for sure. The unit itself was recently touched up and had new furniture.
The strangest thing was the mattress is still wrapped in its original plastic and management said it cannot be removed without a penalty fee. Very strange and uncomfortable to sleep on. They sell actual whole mattress covers for this - then you don’t hear plastic every time you move around.
This unit is backs up to the parking lot and 75 freeway very close. The blinds let all the light in from parking lot lights and sun first thing in the morning. No coffee maker, microwave, or iron in the unit.
Overall unit was okay and works for a couple night stay.
