We enjoyed our stay very much . Fished on Long Lake with the fishing boat they accommodated. Peaceful and caught lots of fish.
If your goal is privacy ,which ours was, this is the place to go.

My husband and I arrived on a rainy day, the next day damp and cloudy so we spent much of our time indoors the first two days. It was tough to find things to keep us busy as the cabin was minimally equipped for indoor activities. Very few local TV channels, no cable. We did not find cards, games, etc.
The kitchen was short on a few basic items such as a cutting board, wine glasses.
The bathroom was damp and musty smelling so was concerned about possible mold growth, the furniture was worn and rather uncomfortable. The beds were a bit hard for our likes, the lighting was very inadequate in the bedrooms and family room and the bedrooms lacked simple bedside tables to set a book, water etc. on.
Wish there were written instructions on how to use anything really... the TV(two remotes), the heat/fireplace.Heat was needed our last night/ morning there as it got down to 40 degrees.
Lastly, can't figure out why there is a beautiful hydrangea plant off the deck that blocks your ability to go down the steps or see the lake from the kitchen or deck.
For the cost, it was so-so. Sorry didn't find a lot to be positive about other than the surrounding area is quiet and pretty. Everyday we saw a family of deer on the driveway and surrounding yards. We took nice walks down the quiet street each morning :)
