We had an amazing time . The kitchen is perfect for cooking! The close proximity to the beach and playground made it great fun for our granddaughters. The jacuzzi tub was a huge hit with the little ones too! It is a beautiful home.

We knew this was close to the beach, but we loved just how close it was! Everything was clean and it felt like home! We loved all the features of the home that made it fun for the kids! The beach and a small playground were a bonus! The restaurants in walking distance were nice to have and we liked the tilted taco! We would rent again!

We had a great time at this house, with terrific kitchen and linen provisions and right across the street from a public beach. There are a number of additional public beaches within a short drive and they are SO great-so much length of sand and great waves/view-it's like being at the ocean without the sticky salt water and without the long drive; Bennett Beach especially ocean-like. The house was VERY clean and Sue was very responsive with questions and information. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and for linens/laundry for our family gathering. We had age ranges from mid 60's down through age 1. The portacrib was there if we needed it (didn't use it-daughter brought her own). There were cards and board games to use and a firepit if we'd wanted it. We didn't do a campfire as it was too windy, otherwise we would have. The only two downsides totally NOT the fault of the property owners were: 1. it's located across the street from a bar which had noisy customers till nearly 4AM. We got smart the second night and closed the windows, which completely eliminated that nuisance. It would've been nice to be able to have the windows open all night to draw in the beach breeze otherwise. 2. All the public beaches were closed to swimming due to high bacteria count (E. Coli we were told) and I've since heard the Erie Co. beaches often have no swim challenges. The kids played on the shoreline and in the sand and still had a great time, but it sure would've been awesome if we could've gone swimming as well. What a shame Erie County can't find a way to clean that issue up! Tourism in that area could be improved exponentially in that area if the waters were better kept. Overall, this rental experience was terrific and we'd definitely recommend it.
