My wife and I spent five days here and enjoyed it very much. It provided everything we needed and the location worked well for the things we wanted to do.
The booking process was straightforward and well done and communication was good as well.

I have used Evolve many times and I can't really say that this was my best stay.
Even though the place was clean, I arrived and the vacuum . The plunger, it's holder was left on top of the toilet for me to have to handle and put away.
I sent an email to the owner contact also stating that the bathroom door nobs are stripped.
I was locked in the bathroom numerous times because of it. When I went to open the bathroom door from the inside, the nob just spinned around. I was in there for 10 minutes trying to get out. It happened a second time when the wind blew the door shut when leaving the front and slider opened for a breeze.
I had to eventually put something in front of the door not allowing me the privacy of the bathroom. I never received a response back from the owner contact.
The toilet and bed are so high that I had to carry the one and only step stool (provided to climb up onto the bed) back and forth from bathroom to bed room in order to get onto them. I couldn't reach the bowls at all because they are placed so ridiculously high. May I suggest that it would be better if the dishes were place neatly on the empty shelves that are supplied next to the supply closet.
May I also suggest that this listing specify that only very tall people should stay here. anyone with any type of hip or mobile issues should not rent this place.
Not pleased at all.
