This nice, inviting, clean, and spacious guest house was perfect for our stay. There are "little extras" that make a person feel very welcome. I recommend it!

The house was adorable and waiting on the countertop were a dozen fresh eggs and a glass bottle of fresh honey. The grounds were filled with fruit trees and grapevines, as well as large rocks and wildlife. Thank goodness for the walking sticks available on the porch, as I needed one to walk the large yard. The chickens were so sweet and I visited them morning and evening. I never opened the front door that a bunny rabbit wasn't in the yard. Bee hives are in the back of the property, so be sure to bring your epi pen if you are allergic to bees! The hostess baked fresh chocolate chip cookies for us on the second day of our stay. I will keep this location in mind if ever I am in Kentucky as no place could be as special. We felt so blessed to be staying on this property with these hosts!

We had the most relaxing few days in this cozy home! The views were incredible and the hosts were even more amazing! We plan to visit again soon

We arrived after a long 10 hr. drive from Oak Island NC. It was almost dark and a welcome sight as we pulled in. Safe arrival into a sweet retreat. A sweet note and a gift of honey and fresh eggs from our host. A place "to be still and know that he is God". We were here for the Ark Encounter a mere 7.5 miles from the countryside. So we took our time our first morning and enjoyed coffee on the porch with hummingbirds, a rabbit, the sound of cows mooing, and a church bell ringing. The Ark Encounter late morning, an amazing place, even a little rain and wind storm could not dampen our spirits. upon arrival back home for the evening a special treat of baked cookies by our door. Creation Museum the next day after another pretty morning on the porch. It was also a great place not too far from our stay. Great communication with hostess and peaceful surroundings makes for a lovely place to stay. The house was great with all we needed. I would come back.
