What a lovely house and location! We found the house to be spacious and comfortable for four couples. Very pretty and cozy. The bed/mattresses were of nice quality and comfortable. We took turns cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools and dishes we needed. We enjoyed most of our meals on the upper deck with a lovely view of the lake. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck! The lake was great for swimming and kayaking which we did every day. One day we took a 35 minute (approximately) drive to the Kal-Haven Trail for a walk, but mostly stayed around the house. One night we made BBQ chicken on the gas grill. We made a bon fire next to the water and played games inside another. There are several games stocked in the lower level. I am already planning my stay for next summer!
Making reservations was seamless. As was communicating with our contact person with a couple of questions.

This if the first time we stayed at the lake house and it was super cozy & beautiful! We have a toddler and he loved playing in the sand and playing in the house! It’s so beautiful to see the lake right outside your window! Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Our family enjoyed our time at Cable Lake. We all enjoyed the amenities the home offered. The well stocked kitchen was a real bonus!
