Great except here I was just getting into house from the airport- I had to go to the bathroom - as I’m doing my thing on toilet I read their sign on the wall next to toilet stating nothing unnatural in the toilet - well…..as I’m wiping multiple times as it was necessary to do after #2 I try to flush………immediately clogged and overflowing onto floor- I said really?
So..after multiple attempts(20 min) to plunge with a plunger that’s for a sink and not a toilet -we get it cleared- no one wanted to use that bathroom after that occurrence- in fear of it happening again- HENCE THE SIGN OF WARNING ON THE BATHROOM WALL
-but other than that it was great! Located next to a trailer park with friendly people to talk with and conveniently located by 35E

This was a wonderful place to rent! The owners have clearly spent a lot of $ and time making this a very comfortable space and it's lovely. There were just two of us staying there but so many beds to accommodate a large group. It has a fenced yard which our dog loved as well as a great covered outdoor space! The washer and dryer were a big plus. We were there visiting our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. The weather wasn't great so sadly we didn't get to explore the many options this part of Texas has to offer. Our highlight was eating at a wonderful BBQ place in Lewisville - some of the best beef we've ever tasted. We have traveled and rented a lot of homes and this is one of our top! Enjoy!

This unit on the edge of an RV park nicely met the needs of two couples and a fifth adult. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and the fifth adult was quite satisfied with the single bed in the sunroom. The additional mattresses would be fun for children but adults might be less enthusiastic with such sleeping arrangements. Everything was clean and ready for occupants. Both bathrooms were tidy with plenty of supplies and lots of nice towels. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for preparing a meal and included plenty of dishes and flatware. The open floor plan was great for visiting, sharing meals, and watching TV. Each bedroom also had a TV. The patio in the fenced backyard is private and a nice place to sit. We were in town for a family wedding and this place was conveniently located for the event in Hickory Creek as well as access to the airport, an afternoon in Denton, and a walk in a local park (armadillo included). We were grateful for the host’s careful directions because nobody’s gps succeeded in navigating to the address. In summary, we were all pleased with the accommodations which allowed family to come together to celebrate a happy event.
