We stayed for an extended weekend for a concert at red rocks, and this property was fantastic! Very clean, well furnished, and in a really pretty neighborhood. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. Access to the highway was close by, so getting around was a breeze; furthermore, it was just a short drive to the lightrail which was neat to ride downtown. Also, lots of quick food options within a 10min drive/a King Soopers for groceries.
I would absolutely book here again, a neat bonus was the water in the neighborhood and behind the property attracted a lot of birds to watch!

A little confusing trying to get to the property per google map first. After 10 minutes studying we were able to find the front gate to get in. The place is nice and clean inside n outside. The reservoir was so beautiful to walk around. We were lucky to get there when it was nice and quiet with sunshine and little winds blowing. Two days into it, it snowed for a couple of three days, the backyard was covered with snow. We went for a reservoir bank walk. It was so exciting for us southern Californians. Totally enjoyed it. The location is great for catching a flight out of Denver, didn’t realize how huge it was. Managed to walk around at ease after returned the rental car. Definitely will recommend this place.
