When we arrived the bushes around the door were above the roof and partially obstructing the stairwell to enter. The grass was up to our knees as well. The “hall” between the bunk room and the bathroom floor felt rotten out and I would not let my kid walk in the middle of the floor, we used the edges. The beds are difficult to get in and out of due to the extended bed frame and the seats of the chairs around the kitchen table kept coming off. The kitchen floor near the back bed room is cracked and the tiles are coming up. I told my family to keep their shoes on when walking about. The place has potential but there is too much deferred maintenance. The couch on the front porch needs to go as it is wet. The neighborhood is quiet but I did not feel it was safe enough to let my child play outside not that I would since the grass was so high.

The stay we had at this home was pleasant and everything was neat ,very comfortable and clean..everything was easy to use..we were only 3 minutes from the shopping center and gas station..people were friendly in the area..we enjoyed our stay..Mrs.Vance

Absolutely loved everything about the house it was exactly like on the website. The only thing I would have had different is there would be a regular broom and mop so it could be swept and moped instead of every room vacuumed and moped with a swiffer mop. It wasn't a major deal. It was the best time with my son who is a solider and the house was perfect for our family and in a good neighborhood. Didn't want to leave of was able to We would have stayed longer

This was the best choice ever for my family. I would recommend this over a hotel any day. I will definitely be using Mr. Seth's home again in the future. My sons had nothing but positive things to say about the home, as well as, the location. Thank you Mr. Seth.
