Let me begin by saying that the house was stocked with just about anything you can need. From bear spray, to coolers, to bandages. I am sure that some of these supplies were left by previous people who had no further use, but it was nice
My disappointment was the day of our arrival, we received information that they had poured concrete for a new deck out back and front and we would not be able to use either area, nor the upstairs deck. We specifically looked for a rental that had outside areas to enjoy in the morning or evening. I don’t think either of these projects were emergency repairs and should have been scheduled at a time when the property was empty. So this was very DISAPPOINTING. And it was extremely rude in my opinion and not good customer service.
Do nonessential work on your own time.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Emigrant. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. We had a few issues, but the host immediately addressed them and was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a great place to stay, just far enough away from Yellowstone to feel secluded but close enough to drive to the park each day. Thanks so much for having us!
