Very nice place. Well equipped for a long stay. I-1/2 baths makes for convenience. Bedrooms are a bit small but functional. Owner was responsive to a few questions we had. Would recommend.

This home checked all the boxes for a 5 day, 3 gals getaway, after Labor Day. Super clean, well appointed home on a small lake in the heart of NH’s lake region. Newly remodeled, well appointed, and comfortable.
We enjoyed watching the loon family and eagle fish in the morning. At night we enjoyed stargazing and the firepit on the beach. The neighborhood is very wooded and private, not like other lake cottage rentals that are treeless and 10 feet apart. Because we were there after Labor Day the area was very quiet. We saw 2 boats go by all week. We used the flat bottom, three seat canoe to explore the lake several times.
Bunk beds were comfortable, but you need to be nimble to get in/out of bottom bunks. There is a futon shown in the living room listing pictures that is now in the bunk bed room. We didn’t see any linens for it, but that might be a better option than the bunk beds for some people.
Other reviews mention tricky parking. We had two cars and while parking is not hard, exiting the driveway when there is more than one car requires 3 point (more like 5 point) turns.
Host was responsive, check-in easy. Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

This place is a super clean newer build with everything you need. It has its own private beach made our goal of kayaking and fishing everyday very easy. Coffee on the porch every morning we saw a bald eagle everyday across the way on Kelly island. A perfect and peaceful getaway.
