Lovely cottage offering beautiful sunsets! We loved sitting on the deck watching the boat traffic on the ICW, the birds diving for fish and all the rabbits running around. So relaxing! Great location to celebrate our 45th anniversary.

The cozy cottage on the Newport River offers a serene beautiful setting minutes away from historic downtown Beaufort. The cottage is nicely decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The host was welcoming and friendly. The location is ideal for day trips to all the Crystal Coast towns and barrier islands along the southern outer banks . We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Julia’s Cottage made our first time to Beaufort absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival, we found the property neat and the inside of the home was even better than the pictures. Attention to detail in this quaint home made us feel AT HOME! Evenings on the deck, overlooking the water, with the most perfect sunsets were perfect endings to the days. We dreaded leaving but are anxious to plan our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I spent Labor Day at Julia's cottage and it was a dream! This home has every modern amenity you need, while also holding onto a perfect rustic charm.
We spent nearly all weekend on the deck, enjoying the morning shade and bird watching to having an extended happy hour while the sun set over the water. While away from the deck, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and taking the short drive to downtown Beaufort to enjoy the farmers market and local bakeries and restaurants. The host was fantastic, allowing us to use the dock to take dips to cool off during sunny afternoons and making sure that every detail was thought of. My husband and I have been blessed to travel many places together, but agreed that this was our favorite vacation we've taken. We can't wait to return to the cottage.
