Quiet property in good location

Nice little house. Very quaint but dated. The mattress in the bunk room needs to be replaced with something more comfortable -with that mattress you may as well sleep on the springs. Very uncomfortable. Had a plumbing issue but it was fixed the next day- very fast response!
