We had a wonderful time. The privacy of the cabin was amazing. It was peaceful, but also relatively close to town for stores and restaurants.

Everything was great with this cabin except the beds were very uncomfortable and full size. It was also extremely hard to find because of the address wasnt able to go directly to it with Google maps . Drove around for a hour before calling owner to get directions . So if you go here look for the 2rd small bridge and look for drive way and 1268 on arrow in the driveway alittle off the road if dont look you want see it and no mailbox 📬 . Pass the 2rd bridge the 2rd driveway on right. Drive slow 🐌 and safely because road is very curvy .

So I've been coming up to Murphy, NC area for quite some time and have been renting Cabins with at least 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and Hot Tub (just in case someone stops by). I look for properties that are somewhat Secluded because I love the great outdoors. I've been bringing my Motorcycle (FJR1300A) up with me on back of my Truck (Ram 1500) and was nervous about the grade up to the Cabin but, thank God, the long driveway was recently paved (within past couple weeks). The Cabin is Secluded but only a couple minutes off US Route 74 in Murphy, NC. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room (dish Network), kitchen, porches, and great area behind the Cabin with Firepit, Grill, and Hot Tub (which I used often). The Cabin has 3 separate AC units that are very modern, quiet, and efficient with remotes on each of the associated walls. The Cabin appears fairly new (doesn't even have a Mailbox yet) but has all the features you would want. The climb up to the Cabin is fairly steep and a bit windy (probably a hundred yards or so) but I didn't have an issue with either my Truck or Motorcycle. The view from the Cabin & Hot Tub is beautiful especially at Sunset. This Cabin is definitely on my Go-To List for future rentals in Murphy, NC. There were only two very minor items: 1) Security Light for Hot Tub is motion sensitive so goes out while in Hot Tub so it gets dark out there after dusk (I learned this the first time in Hot Tub so set Security Light to On Mode for next Hot Tub; 2) Master Bath Showerhead sprays a fine mist (I prefer a fair amount of water volume while showering). These were very minor and in no way influence my 5-Star review of the property overall. Access was a breeze - simply a keycode. Final note, on my last night there, I was heading toward base of driveway when a Deer crossed my path so keep your speed down, especially at dawn/dusk when they tend to come out.
