COMFORTABLE, PLEASANT AND ENJOYED THE DOWNTOWN AREA

The place is fine - comfortable and clean enough. Easy to get in and there are two parking spaces (one in the garage and other on driveway). Close to some places to eat and driving distance to some great areas. We only used the place to sleep and spent our days and evenings out so for that it was good enough.
But there are a few smaller issues to consider - nothing that made the trip terrible but just be aware if important to you (and for the price):
1. We couldn't get the wifi to work. Now I imagine if we called, someone would have helped us, but we've stayed in plenty of places and never had a problem connecting.
2. Could use more bathroom or room hooks to hang towels.
3. There is no bureau space whatsoever. It was fine living out of the suitcase but most places have some drawers or shelves to put your clothes.
4. The bedrooms are above the garage of the main house. One night around 1:00 AM someone must have come home and the garage door operation was quite loud. It did not wake up my wife or son, but I am a lighter sleeper and it woke me up (and I forgot there was another garage so was confused for a few minutes!)
5. Although there is a small deck it overlooks a back alley with lots of dumpsters and the back of some bars. We were not expecting a view and really only used the place to sleep so it didn't matter to us.
Again - no major problems and was clean and comfortable, but probably worth knowing these things if important to you.
