Location, location, location!
Stayed in this beutiful condo with my wife and 14yo son. The condo is very clean, really nice beds, is well equipped and has everything you’ll need for your vacation. Parking just below the condo. Shops, Publix and pharmacy very close. Bought two bikes on Craigslist that we rode almost every day on Casey Key (big mansions and very scenic route).
Jetski- and boatrental in walking distance. Don’t miss Pop’s Sunset Grill, also walking distance.
Or, you can just hang out on the large screened balcony and watching dolphins and manatees in the morning, watching boats go by, watching the sunset while sipping your favourite beverage.
Walking distance to Nokomis beach where me and my wife had several morning swims before breakfast on the balcony.
Had a really awesome relaxing vacation! We’ve been in Sarasota area before, this was our fifth time, but I must say this one tops it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We arrived in the evening, and were greeted with a spectacular sunset over the balcony. During our almost 3 week visit, we were entertained on the balcony by dolphins, pelicans, diving cormorants, kayakers, and a parade of boats in the intracoastal. The very short walk to the beach was so convenient, and there was so much to do within a very short drive. The condo furniture was comfortable, and everything was provided in the kitchen. Moreover, everything appeared clean and brand new. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Loved the stay at this gorgeous condo in Venice, Florida right on the Inner-coastal.
Very clean and beautiful condo. Owner was very quick to respond to anything needed! This place has great fishing right off your own dock, nice clean pool, and is located in a privately gated area which is nice and secure. Has your own parking space. They also provided us with beach chairs and umbrella which was nice, so you didn't have to bring your own.
Very close and in walking distance to the public beach and great restaurants.
Overall, very satisfied with the property, the location and the service!
Will definitely stay again!
