This property was practically perfect in every way! The location was excellent - close to everything there is to see and do in Pleasant Hill. From the moment you open the door, the space was inviting and comfortable plus the cleanliness was next level. I could not have asked for a better host experience and in future, anytime I am in town, this will be my "go to".

This property served our stay very well. It has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, plus the kitchen and living room are open to each other which makes it feel very open. I even used the rocking chairs on the front porch. The street and area is very quiet. You won't hear a lot of street traffic and I never had problems with any neighbors being loud. The only thing I will point out to guest is that Pleasant Hill is a train town. The train sounds it's horn while passing through and there were trains 2-3 times per night. It was noticeable the first night, but we got used to it right away. It doesn't last long for the actual train to pass.
Overall I am planning to come back next year when we need a place for the annual event we have. Highly recommend.

This property is so well done. We got stuck in the snowstorm Jan4th. The home was clean, warm and modern. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely use this property again when we visit family.

This was the perfect location while attending a family wedding. We actually walked to and from the reception at Brick & Mirth. It was cozy and warm with all amenities included. The snack basket was great! Thank you!
