The house was perfect! Everything was immaculate, exactly as pictured and described. Decorated with touches of fall to make it feel like a seasonal vacation destination. The home is well stocked for cooking meals (our college daughter was looking forward to home-cooked meals). There was coffee, creamer, water, candy, condiments, spices available for use in the kitchen. There was laundry and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and nice smelling white barn hand soap. The heated bathrooms and fireplace made the home so cozy! There is nothing I would recommend for improvements. This will be our go-to place to stay when we are in Brookings!

Great home just a few miles from downtown. Very clean and had the things we needed for cooking/kids etc. very spacious and met our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Home was beautiful and had all amenities we needed for Hobo Day weekend. We enjoyed the parade, football day and could make dinner with our SDSU kids. The backyard was perfect to sit outside and relax.

Couldn't have been more perfect for us! First of all this is a brand new house. Heated 3 car garage was awesome for us to watch games on the TV and had so much room that my 2 hockey players could lay their gear out and put the fan on it. Inside is even better! The feel of the whole inside is so comfortable. Amazing master bedroom with master bathroom that anyone would love to have. The 2 other bedrooms were great as well, all beds were so comfortable. They Even have heated floors in both bathrooms. This house could not disappoint anyone. We stay in places all the time for hockey and this is my favorited one yet.
