We had a good vacation but the house was a little disappointing. The lock box was difficult to put back up on the house, There was only one key and when I called the number no one got back to us until the next day to tell us that there was another key under the mat in front of the door, Not too comforting to know that it was there for anyone to use. The instructions for the wi-Fi was not very clear and we finally found the piece of wood it was painted on in another room. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the house was musty smelling. The entrance and the sitting area outside was not cleaned up well, foliage was so overgrown. the grill was dirty and there were rusty items all around. We opened the back door to be sure of a second exit in case of an emergency and the bushes and trees were so overgrown onto the house. Sorry but I had to be honest. We were quite surprised that any of the VRBO companies would rent a house like this.

Have you ever wished you had a great aunt or uncle with a cozy cottage at the Cape? And your auntie has incredible taste in coastal antiques and art? Then this is for you. We LOVED our stay in this charming house. The owner was a dream to work with and the location was perfect.

I stayed with two small kids. We had everything necessary, ingredients cookware, beach chairs, a grill. This place is in good location.

Home was well furnished with everything one might need, from sleeping to cooking to relaxing.
Close to Main St. Hyannis and close to beach, that was well maintained.
We had a wonderful and experience time on the Cape!!!
