I recently stayed at an Evolve property in Kent, WA, for three nights in June with my wife and our two dogs, and it was an absolutely delightful experience.
The location is fantastic, nestled near Meridian Lake Park and conveniently close to the Soos Creek Trail, perfect for morning walks and outdoor activities. The studio itself is attached to the garage and looks brand new, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secluded backyard, covered in lush grass, provided a perfect space for our dogs to play safely.
Inside, the studio is immaculately clean and well-appointed. Although the kitchen is small with only two chairs, it is equipped with brand new appliances that made cooking a breeze. The Murphy bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights of sleep. One of the highlights for us was the skylight, which filled the studio with natural light in the mornings, making it unnecessary to turn on lights while eating or cooking.
The thoughtful touches from our host made a significant difference. We were pleasantly surprised to find dog treats, bowls, and poop bags provided as a welcome gift, which added a personal and considerate touch to our stay.
Overall, this Evolve property provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities, making our stay in Kent truly memorable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located retreat.

This little place is so very tastefully decorated and designed. Immaculately clean. Very quiet. It was the perfect little oasis for us during a hectic family visit. Location to Soos Creek trail was so convenient for my active and outdoorsy husband. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.
