We were alums attending Stetson University for homecoming weekend. We were very pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped although we did not eat meals there, except for coffee and bagels in the morning. We loved the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator door. The seating in the living room was very comfortable for chatting with a cup of coffee or watching tv. The yard was huge and had outdoor table and chairs. The carport and side entrance came in handy on the afternoon it was raining hard. We look forward to returning for next year’s homecoming weekend.

This house met all our needs. Great location. The beds were comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs in the living room. The host was responsive to fix the shower head.

This house was the perfect location and size for the six guests that were traveling. very nice amenities Layout of the living room and kitchen is really comfortable and user-friendly. Plenty of exterior parking.
