Room was very nice, clean and host was exceptional. Fan was a plus, and the heating element in fireplace was amazing. Would highly recommend this room.

The owner made me aware of a dishwasher issue up front, and compensated me for my trouble. On top of that, the unit is on the first floor, and not far from the front entrance.

We got in late on a Thursday night and there was something wrong with our reservation. A big thank you to the owner and the Evolve team for helping things get resolved right away.
The condo is good for the price. Well stocked with pillows, blankets, towels and everything we could have needed in the kitchen area. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable there. I think I was a little disappointed from the pictures and amenities listed. We were hoping to have more of a resort type feel with a restaurant and coffee shop. There is no restaurant on site and no coffee shop. They did have a small room where you could buy coffee and the machine makes it for you. This definitely felt more like an apartment building.
However, it was very close to grocery store and not far from the downtown. Lots of neat restaurants and coffee shops downtown Granby! We even stopped at the cookie shop! It was a good location for us for we came to go to Hot Sulphur Springs and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would stay here again!!!
