Lobby staff were genuinely friendly a d helpful. Guest Relations in particular helped me organise a nice surprise for my wife's birthday. The food was simply amazing. I've been on a few all-inclusive holidays in my time, but I wasn't expecting the variety and quantity of food that was on offer. The kids club was also 👌 for our kids who looked forward to going in every morning after breakfast.
We requested a connecting room so we had access to our kids and this was sorted without any issues including an upgrade to a sea side view.
The pianist who played in the lobby every evening was great and the cafe near the lobby is the biggest I've seen in my life.
The valets were excellent. First class service all the time. The porters were knowledgeable and hard working.
I would recommend this hotel and would go again.

My only complaint is that people don't know how to use the elevator. Some elevators were out of order
