We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold. Staff kept saying to us this was normal. On top of this there is a shower in the middle of the room (with open ceiling) with no ventilation/exhaust system, which made the suite also very humid. Staff could not offer a simple fan and the place is too isolated to buy one. Other guests complained about this to us as well. So if you cannot stand heat and humidity, this place is not for you. Other than this everything is wonderful.
