Secure apartment building with 3 keyed entries. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bath. Full kitchen and living room and private balcony.

A key fob will be provided in a lockbox, please see lockbox instructions. 2 hosts will be available and in the area if needed.
Street parking is available on 6th street and L street next to building. There is also parking garages on 6th street and 7th street for a fee. Guest parking on site if spots are available.
Electric scooters and bikes right outside lobby doors. Uber & Lyft arrive under 5 min at almost any hour of the day.
Apartment staff are on duty if needed from 9am-6pm. Rooftop is open daily until 10pm (please respect neighbors, security is on duty at 10pm and will shut down rooftop). Gym is open 24 hrs. Lobby is open to be used as well for home office days or leisure.
Please rinse and place any used dishes or glassware in the dishwasher. If you’d like you can take the sheets off and place them and any used towels in one of the laundry baskets.
