Inviting waterfront bungalow on Lake Missaukee all-sports lake with plenty of space for everyone in your multi-family group to relax with 5 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 full beds, 3 queen beds, twin bed, and bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub, shower, and towels for added convenience. The additional living room space and walkout basement living space complete with 2 sofa beds, provides a cozy spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, large island, open concept with direct access to the large 320sqft deck with breathtaking views of the lake, beach and amazing sunsets. Additional amenities include beach firepit, basketball hoop, paddle boards, lily pad for the lake, beach volleyball, and board games. The home is on a quiet street in Lake City 1.5 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the largest cones in the north at Tasty Treat, local coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, ski resorts, and less than an hour to Traverse City.
Escape to this recently updated beach house setting with every convenience from air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TVs with cable, and plenty of room to relax with the whole family. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and first use paper products provided. Arrive ready to hit the beach, sunbathe, fish, and enjoy the outdoors. This property met all of our expectations! Lots of room from the kitchen which was nicely stocked, deck with furniture & table, bedrooms. Nice beach & fire pit. My family had a great time!

Vacation with our best family friends. Kids ranged in age from 10-23 and there were 12 of us. Mornings on the porch were perfect and lots of evening hang outs. Everyone spent time out on the lake kayaking, swimming, and on our blow up SUPs. We did day trips to Mackinac and Fishtown. The layout of the house was perfect for kids playing games and adults relaxing in the evenings.
