Perfect location for downtown food and the Saturday Farmers Market. It is small but everything we needed, more than 2 adults would be tight. Bed was very comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was a food trailer parked outside and ran a very loud generator Friday and Saturday til early morning hours. Not a dealbreaker for us and certainly not the property’s fault, we used headphones to go to sleep. Also be aware there are steps to the unit, again, not an issue for us. Chelsea was prompt with replies and very nice.

Location was perfect for our stay during the IMT Marathon. The kitchen helped to prep meals. Loved the cozy feel of the apartment and great living room to relax in. Will definitely stay again.

- Was able to find location without issue - Space was as shown and explainedPros: a few really nice electronic inclusions such as a motion activated trash can. Owner was very nice to work with. Cons: Could have used an extra towel and second roll of toilet paper "just in case". To be mindful of when booking: - A/C is a window unit- may make really hot days challenging.- Unit is next to a parking lot for a bar that is open *very* late. It may be very loud. Please look at ground level street view for further information. - You will not be able to park on the street nearby during the Farmer's Market operation.
