first, the areas for improvement: dated decor and fixtures, dryer that vents into master closet, overall age and worn condition of complex.the pros: fair price for area, most responsive agent justin we have dealt with, and we travel a lot. good deal for the money if you dont mind being this far from the village. decent transportation in the area with the breeze, frog hop, and johnnys free ride. sieta key beach is beautiful and spacious with great amenities at public beach.

Nice place, conveniently mid island. Wonderful dock on the intercoastal. Everything a couple needs. Property manager SO responsive! Wonderful stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and it’s a 1 mile walk to the public beach or a free trolley ride.The manager, Justin, was very responsive to some glitches and made things right.I recommend it for two people as it has the comforts of home Including a washer and dryer.
