- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

There are 4 exterior security cameras in total: two facing the road and two facing the canal
No pets are allowed per owners health requirements, guests will be required to leave immediately- no refund.

One of the best vacation rentals I have ever rented for our annual family vacation. The house was spacious, fully stocked, decorated beautifully and all the furniture was very, very nice. The house was absolutely immaculate inside and out. The pool was amazing and the kids & grandkids absolutely had the best time in the pool everyday. The canal with the dock was beautiful and the kayaks onsite were a great bonus. Also, can’t say enough about Englewood, FL and all it offers. The beaches were incredible, restaurants top notch and we met so many friendly locals. Communication with the rental agency was awesome and timely - very helpful beginning to end. Highly recommend this house in Englewood, FL for all families looking for a great place in a great location!

The house doesn't seem to fit in this neighborhood well but we learned the neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The home is spacious and very well equipped...beautifully decorated with great beds! The management company is great as well and communication was easy!Our biggest disappointment was the pool temperature. The disclaimer does state it's not heated but we assumed the solar heat system would actually warm the pool up some as we are from Maine and it wouldn't have taken much for us. We had several warm and sunny days and other than a couple plunges to cool off we weren't able to enjoy the pool like we had hoped. I would much rather pay a heating fee and be able enjoy the pool, especially with a property like this. We still had a great vaca and made lots of memories! We would definitely consider staying here again should our dates fall later spring into mid fall or should it gain heated pool status! )Suggestions: softer pillows, mirrors in each bedroom and baking sheets.

Home was lovely, clean, nicely decorated. My family had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was the pool never got warm enough for most of us to enjoy. Otherwise, highly recommend this home!
