King size bed in master with a 75” smart TV and walk in shower/bathtub in master bathroom.
Spacious living room area with a 75” smart TV and guest half bathroom in living room area.
Kitchen equipped with new microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Will have plates, cups, pots, pans, blender, toaster, and silverware.
Enjoy a wine glass by using the electric wine bottle opener that is available or a cup of coffee with the Keurig coffee maker!
2 rooms upstairs with queen size beds and a shared full bathroom.
Patio equipped with 2 outdoor couches and 6 extra outdoor chairs.
Washer and dryer available.
Maximum 6 guests allowed per reservation, you must request access for any additional guests and pay a $50/per guest per night fee.
The entire house will be accessible except 2 storage rooms that are equipped with touchpad security locks. Parking is available in the driveway not the garage.

Home feels like new, very clean, , very clean , nice materials. Comfortable king bed and adjoining bathroom.
Lorenzo was very easy to communicate with.
House is not in a neighborhood but sits alone on a four-lane highway.
