APARTMENT SENSATIONALLY LOCATED FOR A BEACH GETAWAY ALL YEAR ROUND. WALKING DISTANCE TO BACK BEACH, FRONT BEACH & BEAUTIFUL SORRENTO TOWNSHIP. PERFECT LOCATION FOR ATTENDING A FUNCTION, WALK TO ALL SMILES RECEPTION, INTERCONTINENTAL & SORRENTO HOTELS.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM:
sleeping maximum 3 with one king bed and one king single bed. Wall mounted TV, small wardrobe, desk and chair.
Extra charge of $50 per night for a 3rd guest which will apply after your booking is secured.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM:
1 with vanity, toilet, shower over bath.
ALLOCATED CAR SPACE
One designated car space for Apartment 15.
Street parking is available; however, be sure to check any restrictions or signage in place at the time.
Oceanic Apartments is a complex of individual apartments with private entrances. Sensational location, walking distance to both front and back beaches, Sorrento main street retail shops, restaurants, cafes, ferry, hotels. Wi-Fi is available.
THE SPACE
Private gated entry, a light and bright open plan living area with couch, chair, coffee table, small dining table, chairs, television, desk & chair. Modern kitchenette equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, frypan, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine (Nespresso) hot plate & rangehood. Please note: there is no oven for cooking.
Located at the top of the stairs is a reverse cycle air-conditioner that caters to both floors. A small, private rear courtyard with a table and chairs and a clothesline. note: there is no internal or communal laundry at this loft-style accommodation. You may request linen laundering for a small charge if your stay is 7 nights or more. A communal BBQ and outdoor setting for your use is available between apartment 20 and the front boundary. A full bed linen and bathroom linen package is included with every booking that caters for up to 2 guests.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend stay. Apartment is located in an excellent location , being able to walk to back beach and shops and front beach areas easily. Unit was very clean, comfortable, couch & king bed especially nice and equipped with most things you’d need. Nice and warm too with good heating options and lovely bedding. Unit is compact & stairs are a consideration if you don’t mind moving up & down to bathroom.Bathroom tight but light and equipped with all u need too. Being able to park outside your unit too is a bonus.The welcome bag was a nice surprise and much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
